Instructions for loading and using your mytop™ dispenser.
1. REMOVE THE TAB
With your mytop™ bag fully thawed, pull the tab along the dotted line to open.
2. POSITION THE TIP
Squeeze the decorator tip into place.
3. PREPARE BAG
Twist the top of bag and squeeze to remove air. Then, flatten the top of the bag.
4. OPEN DOOR
Push up on the mytop™ dispenser’s lock button to open door.
5. RELEASE BAG CLIP
Push tab in with thumb and pull the clip out.
6. INSTALL MYTOP™ BAG
Place the red line on the bag along the recess and snap the bag clip into place.
7. RAISE ROLLER
Push the roller assembly to the top of dispenser by pressing up on the release lever.
8. CLOSE DOOR
Firmly close the door and push down on the lock button to secure the door in place.
9. PRIME TOPPING
Pump the lever several times to start topping flow.
Best Practices
DENOTE THE DATE

When you place a new bag of mytop™ in the dispenser, write the date on the bag. Use or replace the bag within five (5) days.


CAREFREE CLEANING
  • Wipe your dispenser down with warm, soapy water or a mild cleaning solution.
  • When to clean? Beginning of first shift, after morning rush, and/or beginning of third shift.
  • Do not place the mytop™ dispenser in the dishwasher.
PROPER PRODUCT HANDLING
  • Place mytop™ Whipped Topping in your freezer as soon as you receive it.
  • Thaw product under refrigeration for 24 hours before use.
  • Once thawed, mytop™ Whipped Topping should never be refrozen.
  • During high volume times, it’s best to stage another mytop™ Whipped Topping bag underneath your counter for a quick change.
  • For best quality, refrigerate the opened mytop™ Whipped Topping bags after store hours.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY DISPENSER IS OUT OF PRODUCT?
The bottom two windows will display red when your dispenser is ready for new product.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MYTOP™ WHIPPED TOPPING DRIPS OUT OF MY DISPENSER?
Ensure the product thaws under refrigeration for a full 24 hours before use. If drips persist, open the dispenser and make sure the roller is horizontal and not slanted.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF NOTHING COMES OUT WHEN I PRESS THE LEVER?
Check to make sure the roller is not slanted and the bag has not slipped loose from the bag clip.

WHAT IS THE DISPENSER’S WARRANTY?

HOW MUCH MYTOP™ WHIPPED TOPPING WILL I USE PER DAY?
mytop™ usage varies depending on your overall cup sales, but you can expect to use at least one bag per day. Higher volume stores can expect to use several bags per day.
